I find the fastest way to lvl up (lvl 1-80 in a few hours!) is to:
follow what dicecube said until lvl 25 then get some high lvl to rush u all the way to A4 in Hell (make games like rushme4forge or join games like baal4qnrush)
clvl 25-80: join Hell Chaos games.. you can probably get from clvl 25-80 in 1 hour lol; don't waste your time actually trying to lvl manually all those lvls, it'll take you forever lol.
clvl 80+: do Hell Baal runs
If you're starting out and have no good items, don't waste your time MF lol. I never did that once.. the best way imo is to just keep joining chaos runs in Hell mode, those monsters drop all the best stuff and a lot of times those runners will leave some really nice gear that they don't want cuz they already have all the best items. Then trade up or for gear that you need.
