Just finish setting up my web cam, Logitech QuickCam® Orbit AF on my Windows XP computer, after signing in my Windows Live Messenger (WLM), I can make a Video Call to my friend in USA and we can see each other throught the web cam from our WLM. However, my friend cannot hear me and at the same time I cannot hear my friend. No audio for both ends, may I know what did I or my friend do wrong ?

Please advise here
