Composition isn't too bad. The first one doesn't do much for me though. the second one at big white would be better if that antenna and fence on the right wasn't there, it takes away from the subject (the groomer). The other two are pretty good as well, maybe trying taking them earlier right after the sun goes down so that theres still a little ambient (natural) light available to fill in the places where the light bulbs dont reach.
And if the noise is all from the camera itself, buy a new camera :P

unfortunately the noise is all camera, the M753 really fails in that low lighting (for me anyways). I'm not sure why the day shot was so noisy. I'd like to photochop out that antenna and fence but I don't know how, possibly that piece of tree that looks like it sticking out the top of the groomer too. I'll definitely try taking some shots earlier with more natural light, it was already dark (as dark as it gets now anyways) by the time I took those.

you're right, I need to pick up a tripod asap. though it wouldnt have helped me that time as it was an unplanned shoot.
