If you're not a computer person, you might want to get a friend to set it up for you. Once it's setup, it's as easy as launching a program and then entering a bunch of numbers (IP) and password.
basically:
- You need to setup your router (if you have one)
- Open the port on your firewall. (if you have one)
- You need to have a password enabled on your windows account.
- Enable remote desktop connections.
- Find your external IP and make a note of it, as you'll need that to connect to your PC.
It's pretty straight forward, but if you don't know all the terminology and such, you'll want somebody that does know to set it up for you.
