Anyways, I am in the technical department... I also take sales calls every week because its not so busy in my department anymore. Its pretty easy once you get the hang of it... Nothing super complicated, mostly problem solving and analyzing issues. I do get jackass customers from time to time and I used to get REALLY offended, but now I got used to it because I am still in a higher position no matter what. If they are willing to cooperate and listen to me I can do my best and resolve their issues, otherwise I just have to log that customer is being a bitch and hang up the call
