First, check in the Disk Manager to see if there is a hidden recovery partition on the hard drive. If so, when you turn the laptop on, there should be an option to boot into system recovery or restore mode where you can restore the laptop back to its factory state. If not, look in the start menu for a recovery disc creator, where it will guide you to make a set of CDs or DVDs to restore back to original factory state. I think pretty much all laptops come with at least one of these options.
