I hate to say this because it goes against what a lot of people died to protect but they need to be able to stomp on their civil rights once labeled a gang member. The police should be able to pull them over without cause and search their person and their vehicle at anytime.
You then turn the heat up and don't let them so much as get a starbucks or rent a movie without getting pulled over and searched. I know I'm going to get flack for saying it but whatever. I think the protection of the general public both physically and mentally supersedes the rights of criminals even if that means taking away some civil liberties that we're all suppose to have. I know it's a slippery slope who's gang members, who's associates who gets lumped in when they are just friends ect.....
This will never happen for obvious reasons but it would seriously hurt business operations of all known gang members.
