You then turn the heat up and don't let them so much as get a starbucks or rent a movie without getting pulled over and searched. I know I'm going to get flack for saying it but whatever. I think the protection of the general public both physically and mentally supersedes the rights of criminals even if that means taking away some civil liberties that we're all suppose to have. I know it's a slippery slope who's gang members, who's associates who gets lumped in when they are just friends ect.....
This will never happen for obvious reasons but it would seriously hurt business operations of all known gang members.

The only people who would object to this are the people who do not stand to benefit from it. And of course, we know what category these kind of people fall under.
And of course, we'll get the usual big brother, nazi state cliches but in reality our government is far and always will be far from the Gestapo people claim it out to be.
