bleh, got the dash all out, what a shitty. Those instructions on SOGI need to be edited, had me looking for bolts, nuts and screws that dont exist and unhooking things that weren't necessary
stupid heater cores.
the only good news is the heater core has a good sized hole, better than doing all that for some pussy little dribble. happy I didn't damage the pipes too badly, only the passenger side is a little out of round. The absolute worst part of this was getting the dead pedal screws off, fuck you Toyota and your phillips head screws, probably 45 minutes worth of beating them with my hammer driver until I smartened up and drilled the heads off.
$$$$$$$$ says $1650 for a 7MGTE longblock shipped, I dont know if thats good or bad but considering id be doing a full rebuild on it before it went in it would be more expensive than an 18 year old, $16/hr can afford.
