wtf.. im having trouble with some of the basic moves..

ie, Bisons Specials, when it says "<- charge ->"

how do u do that? i tried it for so long, do u just hold back then forward for a second? i cant seem to do it??

also when the directional instructions have a "Z" type direction on it, how do u do that "Z" ?
