If it hurts ALL the time, then maybe just rest a while. If it recovers, I'd stay away from heavy squats and deadlifts and that's it. I hurt my back a while ago and it only gets sore when I do those two. Unfortunately they are the exercises I love.
I'd do good mornings but I always keep remembering that Bruce Lee hurt his back doing those without warmup lol. Maybe I should do them with just the bar
