I paid for mine, It's well worth it since it has a 3 user license and it keeps most virus' out of my precious data.

I rather save my time and just pay for it rather than find a key that is dead or one that is infested with virus'. Also, it keeps the company/developers in business so that we consumers keep getting better products.

Well worth the money. Plus if you have a buddy that works at BBY/FS, you might get a decent deal.
