Yes, the 99-00 SIR in Cananda is the same as the 99-00 SI in the US. That is the EK coupe body style. 01-02 was the hatchback EP3 with the dash mounted shifter.
99-00 had the 160 hp B16 vtec motor while the EP3 had the 160 hp 2.0 base RSX motor.
EK is the better car as it has independant front and rear suspension while the EP3 got Mcstruts.
