Jason has a point with his strategy...

There was a time when so many drugs IE: Marijuana, Amphetamines, Opiates, LSD, were all legal, and during that time there were never gang wars like we have today.

Look no further than the prohibition of alcohol in the 20's and 30's. It led to major organized crime (Does the name Al Capone ring a bell). When they realized they couldn't beat the crime, they repealed the law.

Guess what happened after they repealed the law? Black Market profits went down the tube, the gangs lost their source of income.
