You lose water and electrolytes (potassium and sodium) when you have diarrhea, so it is essential to drink water and Gatorade, etc., to replenish. Alternately, eat bananas for potassium and drink chicken broth as it is a rich source of sodium.

Rice, congee, are good.

Why avoid sticky rice, girl? I was under the impression it was absolutely ideal ?
