great guy. posted a feeler ad that i pm'ed to. replied within a couple hours. very polite. he gave me time to consider the price he was willing to sell the phone for, held that price until i decided. however, someone was willing to pay more, he notified me right away. since it was above what i was willing to pay, i decided to back out from the deal. definitely not his fault and i definitely appreciate the fact that he was able to keep his word and be transparent.

edit: he contacted me around noon to tell me the other guy wasn't replying back and told me that he could sell it to me today instead. met him, showed me the phone, box, accessories, etc. he even updated the firmware for me before we met up. great communication. will purchase from him again if he has something of interest.
