mana really hasn't been an issue since BC (Pot Spam), at least for my priest, pally, and druid, at times its a fight with GCDs(but this is the case for druids at all times), other times its just knowing to heal at the right time, and other times just spam until your keyboard breaks :s
being alchemy was pretty good too, but not as much in WotLK
