The TE joystick is made by the American company MadCatz and apparently they'll have a shipment of them coming at the end of the month. The official joystick in Japan is just a Hori Real Arcade Stick with SF4 decals on it. Prices seem to be comparable to each other according to PlayAsia and other import games stores.
