With over 20,222 full-time employees at December 31, 2008, I'm not sure if that will be the case.
I personally think every company, country, group of people that do something, strive to be the best in the world and beat out all competition. Some are just better than others or some just don't put in the work to get far.
Everyone wants world domination, always made sense to me that way.
