Id say get the one thats more fun to drive. Alot more rewarding in the long run, although the outdated interior will get to you at times.
When you get the person to check it out, check for signs of modifications. Mods arent bad, but generally when people sell cars, they take the mods out, and do a half ass job putting stuff back together.
