It actually appears to be that you can get all 3 windshield options aftermarket now, although it also appear that the third option is a factory windshield supplied thru the aftermarket. Either way if you can get the OEM branded piece by all means you should. Although it is said that the aftermarket pieces are as good as factory, in some cases that is just not the truth. The oem tend to have better edge finishes, solar layers and other small things taht make them better. Not to mention the OEM mouldings are far far superior to most any aftermarket piece. and with the mouldings you should only need to replace the top one, as the bottom is saveable in the windshield replacement process.
