So i was browsing the TV while at the gym and saw an ad for the contour ab sculpting... Ab Belt...

suppose to be like a Dr. Ho's system.. where it shocked your abs to whip them in shape... also heard its great for back pains if you turn it the other way.. hahahaa..

Thoughts ???

I read some reviews.. and its about 60% positive... i am not looking for a six pack from this time.. just want a stronger core.. haha
