I don't know if you would call it nice, but quiet would be Blenz on 3RD or Garden City (24hrs)
Pearl Castle for bubble tea, opened till 2am, but fairly busy and definitely loud.
Twinkle for bubble tea too on Alexander Rd, quieter than Pearl Castle.
