i mean real chiu chow food, not just chiu chow dumpling LOL
chiu chow cusine is mainly seafood and lo shui marinated stuff
i know a place in kowloon city that probably serve the best chiu chow food in hk
its old and ghetto and i think been there since WW2 that place is really good
