syee, one of the advantages of digital is that you can play with different settings endlessly and it doesn't cost any extra. Try playing with a variety of different combinations of shutter/aperture/ISO - you may find that even 800 or 1600 ISO is acceptable for what you're doing. You have to balance noise vs. blur, but digital gives you the option to try all the variations so you can go with the one that works best later on.
In this case, you can probably also go with the aperture wide-open, as depth will be less an issue than blur and noise.
