If you already deleted the other two, then backing up won't be any use.
I only suggested a backup in case it broke something after we deleted and rebooted.
Do what InvisibleSoul mentioned - boot up in Safe Mode, go back into regedit, and try delete the remaining entry.
To get to regedit, click on Start->Run and type Regedit. Then navigate the keys like you would Windows Explorer.
