OK, here's a step by step:
1. Go to Start->Run. In the Run box, type regedit
2. The Registry Editor will open and kind of looks like Windows Explorer. You want to be going into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

6. Highlight each of those lines, then hit delete. It should ask you for confirmation, just click YES and repeat for the rest of them.
7. Reboot and check to see if IE works now or not.

I did that, and there was only 2 lines. 1 was a rundll32.exe one and the other was "default" which i did not delete. IE still doesnt work. I dont have a fucking clue.
