if I came on here and argued someone based on "my interpretation" of something I wouldn't be any better than any other forum douchebag out there. When I talk shit, I bring facts accepted by the civilized world, meaning the shit I quote and repeat you're likely to see in an Encyclopedia.

Those facts I brought forth aren't my interpretation of their law, it's fact. The reason you don't believe that is because you're constantly looking at Saudi Arabia because you think they're the most exact representation of the Islamic way. Anyone who believes that is dead wrong, most regular Saudi citizens will tell you the same thing. The facts that you mistook for "my interpretation" are accepted worldwide by scholars of all religious backgrounds. I'm not trying to sound like a smartass by the way, I'm just trying to get my point across.

Once again at the risk of coming off like a smartass, I'd like to add a few more things you got wrong in your post.


1) Saudi Arabia is actually despised by most of the Moslem world all over for their corruption and unIslamic behaviour. I mean seriously, what Muslim country would take the Saudi's seriously when they been best friends with the US for so long. There's a lot of other reasons much bigger than this that I won't get into since they are longer explanations.

2) I don't know where you got your information about Muslims hating math, Arabs made possible the concept of ZERO. Without it, math would be pretty much impossible. Arguably the most important period of the Western world was the Renaissance. This is what brought Europe out of the medieval dark ages and allowed it to become a world leader, but this was possible only because European scholars finally got around to absorbing the work and knowledge that Islamic scholars have been amassing for a few hundred years already.

If you wanna take a look at a good representation of a good Islamic state, take a close look at Malaysia. This country was mostly jungle and villages 50 years ago, and today it's a country that's envied by many all over the world.


but for people who don't understand what the whole issue is, in a nutshell the deal with West vs. Islam I can sum up in a short chronology trip below

- 700ad Arabic world begins to conquer a lotta world including Spain which makes the rest of the world very nervous and scared mostly due to propaganda and incorrect information regarding Islam as a savage religion. But in reality the lands conquered actually flourished as a multi-religious and multi-ethnic society. Shit was so proper to the point where a lot of the lands conquered actually preferred living under Islamic rule as opposed to Western rule. <---(probably hard to accept, but once again it's accurate historical fact)

- 1100ad the West in hopes of reclaiming the Holy Land from the Infidels begins the Crusades. They slaughter not only Muslims but many fellow Christians alike and though it dies out in the 1500's, the Crusades actually really end in 1800ad. The Crusades are widely accepted by most historians and scholars as a big bag of bullshit. Since the collapse of the last Islamic world power the Ottoman Empire, the Islamic world was left in disarray and to this day is in chaos.





now is the only time I'm about to offer my personal opinion on the matter.

Simply put, I believe that for a thousand years the Islamic world flourished and was the envy of the rest of the world due to many different reasons all supported by historical facts. This period however ended even before the Crusades did

Today it's the opposite, the Islamic world is in disarray and chaos in the same manner that the Western (European) world was back then.

I'm a firm believer in people reaping what they sow. The Islamic world allowed fanatics and anarchists to peak their head through amongst themselves, and look at where it's got Islam. Although a lot of people would argue that the Western world pushed the Moslems over the edge with their policies, etc...etc... I don't really share that view, I'm much more strict in my thinking.

I have Ottoman blood in me by the way, I can trace back my ancestry fully to an Ottoman Empire Emirate dating back to the 1700's.
