im not sure.... give the apple store a call and see what they say.... if not they place the order online. i believe that you should get it within 10 business days. also applecare is cheap with a student discount, only about $200 instead of $299 (think of it as the same cost as replacing a failed hard drive but instead it covers the whole machine, not bad eh?).
