you mean by a shop? take your plans to shops that do work like that and see if they are looking for a shop car. once you become sponsored you have to whore the car out. internet, shows that kinda thing.
as for getting a 20b swap done, the engine alone will cost you ~5000 rebuilt maybe? maybe a bit more depending what you do to it...
then there is the labour for fabrication to make it fit.
i would expect to pay 10-15k on the 20b swap alone.
then widebody install + paint at a bodyshop will be another 3-5k maybe?
so you're at 20-25k now. hope you have deep pockets.
an REW swap might be a better idea, they are cheaper to acquire, and i think they require less fabrication work. not sure though.
talk to Staff's Auto or ForceFedPerformance, those are the only two shops that would touch a project like that. there are 2-3 other rotary shops, but they are more restoration specialists than performance shops.
