Recently replaced my shoes, I was saying i need new insoles due to the cuts
I went to running room before purchasing my shoes and the person wasn't helpful as she was reading a book and didnt want to answer my questions.

I do have pains walking today. The outside of my left foot hurts whenever theres pressure on it. Would that be an indication of a pronate foot?

Prior to the race this wasn't a concern but it could be due to my running only 6 km at most
