Best bang for the buck course IMO is Newlands in Langley. $40 with cart peak season weekends.
I'm going to play the executive course there today. Quick and cheap, 11 holes for $15 wkdy / $20 wknd also with a cart. Perfect for beginners and you can pull out the driver on a couple holes if you are one. If it's dead and you're sneaky you can go from the 10th back to the 2nd and play 20
Not that I would ever do that
