But from what I recall, subs are a norm phenomenon around the league as its a pretty casual league. Lots of teams lose half their roster throughout the season for many reasons: non-payment, change of schedule availability, player no-shows, etc.
So subs aren't really regulated. It's just when ringers (subs with a higher skillset than that of the division) comes in, that's when a team would get called out, and the same with the ringer.
In fact, I think there's a rule regarding subs about Play Off eligibility. For subs to be eligible to sub for a team during playoffs, the said sub must have played at least 6 reg. season games. So as long as one is not a ringer, seems to me that the league is chill with non-roster subs.

In addition, just because Bang gets away with player swapping doesnt mean its not regulated and allowed in the league.
