Weight Gainer & Messy Shits
I just finished a bucket of muscle milk. I use to take 1000calorie servings and I would rarely ever get bad shits, even if I did it would probably be from something else
I went to restock and there was a discount on a 10lb bucket of a different brand so I bought it
but its been giving me the worst fucking shits
but usually it comes a few hours after, I read somewhere that it takes around 7-8 hours for you to actually shit out what you eat so I'm kind of confused
I've cut the servings down to 250calorie servings which is barely anything, I take it with a multivitamin as well but it doesn't seem to be helping
when you get diarrhea / really watery poo does that mean your body didn't absorb what you ingested? how does that make sense though there's no way I'm unable to take in a 1/4 amount of what I use to take
