i was 120, 5'5 then i started working out and i'm at 155. i'm 27.
i gained 10 pounds in HK from all the eating.
i ran 4 days a week for 20 min in a circular track and i lost it in a month.
i eat 6 meals a day but i'm never full. I am nto perfect, i love chocolate and candy but i try my best to cut out POP.
