From what I've seen the West Coast League has some of the best players. I'm not too sure about our Gold tiers (VIHL), but some of the lower tier teams in the WCL have some damned good players. 6thGear is right though, VIHL is run pretty damned smoothly. They bust ass to get stats up and all that good stuff, they're still relatively new compared to PICH, but so far they're building a good reputation for themselves.
