I emailed them and asked if I could combine discounts via codes and the 1st time purchase discount. I also asked which brands are excluded:

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we are not able to apply more than one discount onto an order. If you use the CANDY code during checkout, we will only extend and additional 20% to amount to the overall 30% discount for new customers..We do have a 30% discount available to our new customers. There is not one coupon you may enter during checkout to redeem the discount so you may place the order with out any coupons and please contact us with the invoice number so that we could manually take the discount off for you. Please remember that due to the manufacturer’s request, we are not allowed to use code matching and coupons on the following brands: Rock & Republic, True Religion, 7 for All Mankind, Citizens, Paige, Hudson, Nudie, Botkier, Kooba, Joe's, Lutz and Patmos, Jovovich Hawk, Cheap Monday, Clu, Sea, Common Projects, Rogues Gallery, Rose, Apolis Activism, A. Lawless, Band of Outsiders, Wayne, Bing Bang, Rebecca Minkoff, Gustto Parina, D&G, Goldenblu, & Treesje. I understand that this can be an inconvenience, but unfortunately it is a restriction placed upon us by the manufacturer.
