If ur planning to hold ur equities for 6mo to 1 yr, I would suggest you to cash in more USD to bring down ur cost avg for ur exchange rate. In the short term, the usd will keep tanking but over the long haul USD will be a better hold den CDN, so you dont have to worry about your equities position

my opinion could be biased since Im holding lots of US equity and am LONG on most of my positions but i will be sure to be changing most of my CDN into Greenbacks soon as it hits par again.
