Well, I guess that most people don't really care about the service and just kept going back to eat so why would they feel like they need to improve their service. Guess that's why places like this still get lots of business. When it's cheap enough, no one really care about the service. I've been there once and would NEVER NEVER go back there again. Too many AYCE places to subject myself to random order filling and bad services.
