- A pound of meat. My favourite is Sirloin, or a 1/2 sirloing 1/2 chuck mix
- 1/2 an onion, minced
- 3-4 cloves garlic minced
- Fresh cracked pepper - No such thing as too much pepper
- Salt
- Chili Powder
- Little bit of Ground Cumin
- Dried oregano
Simple tastes best, and in my opinion bread crumbs or egg should NOT go into burgers. I find eggs toughen up the burgers.
