I just made a simple recipe using....
1 lb regular ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
about 2tbsp Worcestershire
2-3tbsp Teriyaki marinade
pinch of salt
like 10 Premium Plus crackers crushed
2 slices processed cheese

Basically, bring everything together, and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Form 4 balls of about even size and make patties with cheese in between them. Then, on the stove, 5 minutes per side in a saute pan at medium-high heat. Take it out of the pan, and toss it in the oven covered in tinfoil on a sheet for 10 minutes at 250 degrees.

For me I kinda burned it since it was my first time putting together that recipe, and I found it not cooking internally but it's pretty good. Anyone got advice on preventing bad burning cooking burgers on the stove?
