I just got a ticket for improper display of front plate but i actually dont even have a plate at all. I guess i can dispute the amount and get it lowered to $109 which is not having a plate at all? How could i prove this, i did get a ticket last month for $109 for no front plate, i guess i can use that ticket as proof that i never had a front plate????
