As mentioned, you don't want any fat going through during post-workout. Skim should be OK if you really don't like using water. The extra sugar probably helps with insulin too. This is if you are going the protein shake/raisins route as opposed to a PWO supplement.. You won't want to mix those in milk (eww!)
