i agree mcdonalds works. I use it as a bulking food and oh boy does it work. and it's cheap.
but sometimes I just can't eat that much, I gotta down a shake cuz it's just liquids.
whatever works. i use both, mcdix, shakes, and "real" food.
i've gained 20lbs since dec, but i was severely underweight in dec, so gaining back to my normal weight was hella easy. i guess i've only really gained 10lbs.
