Basically for this game the mods are pretty cool... Although no there are no street light, since your playing on a racing track. Servers divide the track into 2 lanes... they have 3rd party apps for cops to run sirens and lights and even warning signs... IE cause its a game ppl dont usually notice when a cop is following them or chasing them, so they have huge banners that are on the top of your screen when playing so u know if you are getting chased or if there is a road block ahead... The site doesnt show anything about cop mods but there are many city driving servers out there.. You have to work your way up by driving certain amount of KMs for better/faster cars... Each server is allowed to add a total of 512 objects in their server, now this could be barriers or barriers used to make parking lots....
When i first started playing i was only into the drifting but since this game has evolved there is soo much out there....
Ony of my favorite things to do, is because i have a really fast drag setup for one of my cars.. I usually host Illegal drag events on the server and tones of ppl usually come and drag, but when the cops come... ITS A SCRAMBLE

Also another nice thing is because soo many kids play LFS, there are admins that acctually treat ppl with respect and remove all the gay bashers and ppl that fuck around.... IE Ramming cops to get them to chase you...
I myself have a few good custome made track with BL GP Car park.. Like there is Sumo wrestling with you cars, rallycross with jumps... drifting for points... and much more... Even drag races...
