It's better to say what city rather than what country. Lots of us would move to
NY or Chicago but not bum-fuck alabama.
Cities I would live in for at least a year:

2) Hong Kong
3) Paris
4) New York
5) Boston
6) Chicago
7) Zurich
8) Munich
9) Southern California
