Do you need to upgrade ? Probably not ... Windows 7 isn't a whole lot different from Vista.

Should you upgrade ? Yes ... Windows 7 will be better supported than Vista in the years to come. If you plan to keep your computer for more than another year, it's definitely worth the $65.
