Team 1040 poll is pretty split on if ppl think the Sedins will be here next season..49-51.

I like the fact that they are point a game players do not (have not) gotten injured, haven't ever complained about coaching a 3rd froward on their line etc etc.

Also I think it's huge that since the lockout on'y Thorton, Crosby, Ovechkin, Heatly, Kovalchuk have gotten or avg 70 points or more per season along with the Sedin...The others are getting top dollar. However the only thing, and I think its a big one and has been mentioned tirelessly on this thread is that - they want to play together and thats that...

THat lowers their market value BIG time in my opinion..I think they will get offers from other teams, no doubt....Habs have so much cap space...for example...but no team will offer them north of 6.5 i think...and most offers u would think would be in the 5 yr ballpark...

I think seeing other teams offers will benefit Gillis. I dunno...its like wait and see...but damn it....i can't wait...
