Wrong, High reps = 12-15, Low reps = 3-6


You wanna get ripped? Eat properly, work out consistently, and read articles online or buy a book. Honestly there isn't one thing I or anybody here can say to make you understand how to get "ripped".

Try the p90x, great reviews from real people. As far as the "How do u get arms to look like they're flexing when it's just naturally hanging beside your body? " goes, it take's time/hard work/dedication/knowing how to work out.
