Colin: First photograph you cut off their hands in a bad place. As well, a general rule (not ALWAYS the case) I never recommend interlocking fingers as it looks messy.

Second one I would have moved the flash higher up (maybe another foot) and brought it over towards you a little more. The spill of light highlights the groom more than the bride and takes away from her. I probably would have gotten the groom to turn his palm down to minimize the size of his hands

The third one the framing is good, but you may want the girl to put her hand higher on his shoulder. It does 2 things: One is it makes her arm look more elegant and slimmer and 2 it will naturally cause a curl in her hand that will make her look more at ease.
